I get a genuine buzz when I marry people, being a marriage celebrant is a really fulfilling role, one that I feel very privileged to do. In Australia, there are some 9000 marriage celebrants, so when you choose me as your celebrant, I happen to think that is pretty special. I think of myself as a bit of an ambivert, which is an asset when you’re a marriage celebrant. Fundamentally, it means I am present but I won’t take away from the fact that this day is all about you, and in essence, I like to make that trait a part of your entire experience. My style you might say is relaxed and laid back, but nonetheless professional. About me! Well, I am a wife, and this is my second marriage, I am a blended family and have 4 sons, 2 of my own, and 2 bonus ones. When I am not marrying amazing humans, you would find me, on a quest to find the best parma in town with my husband, watching the Tiges have a win, annoying my children, having lazy lunches with my sister, hanging out with my furry friends, or enjoying my own company with a book, a chard and a grazing plate.

Ryan and Nic actually had no idea what they wanted their ceremony to look like, but they knew that they weren’t that keen on being the centre of attention for too long! They wanted it short and sweet, not overly loved up, but a little bit romantic and inclusive, and then straight into celebration. We created a gorgeous and sincere ceremony that included their natural light hearted banter, their own vows, and a few cheeky laughs as well, …. a great ceremony will leave your guests engaged, warm, and with a sense of witnessing something genuine, you’ll walk away happy and relaxed, knowing “that bit” has been done, you can go party and be happily legally married!
